Kathleen M. Condon, CPA - Shareholder
Kathy Condon joined the firm in 1977. With more than 34 years of experience in public accounting, Kathy specializes in estate tax planning and estate and trust accounting work. Her focus at the firm includes planning and supervision of estate, trust, corporate and personal tax engagements.
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed to practice in the state of Florida, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the West Coast Chapter of the FICPA. Kathy is the Treasurer and past Vice President of the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg. She is a member of the Board of the Fischer-Carr Scholarship Fund, and currently serves as treasurer of the Snell Isle Property Owners Association. In addition, Kathy volunteers at the Northeast High School Academy of Finance and on various committees at St. Raphael's Catholic Church and St. Vincent DePaul Society.
